An Exclusive Journey
This program is designed for guests seeking a deep, intimate Arctic experience, where natural phenomena, culture, and gastronomy come together. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to allow guests to fully experience the light and landscapes of northern Sweden, leaving memories that last long after the journey ends.
Monday - Arrival
All guests are collected at the airport on Monday in a specially arranged transfer and transported to Arctic Bath. Along the way, an optional guided tour introduces the landscape and the region's history.
Upon arrival, the afternoon is free for relaxation.
At 18:00, the Arctic Light Dinner Experience awaits – a fine dining dinner highlighting local ingredients presented with care and artistry.
After dinner, we take an evening excursion to Klusåberget, where guests may witness the midnight sun lingering on the horizon during the June departures, or, for the August journeys, perhaps the northern lights illuminating the sky.
Tuesday – Nature and Wilderness
The day begins early, at 07:00, with pick-up from the hotel. Guests enjoy a wilderness breakfast, guided by Micke, our natur guide from Hide & See. You will learn about Swedish nature, native wildlife, and Micke might share one or two stories from his experiences as nature guide and nature guardian.
Following breakfast, embark on a scenic hike through the surrounding landscape. Return to Arctic Bath in time for a leisurely lunch and a dedicate the afternoon to SPA and relaxation. Guests may choose self guided activities as kayak along the river, walk through the forest, or swim in the pristine waters of Lule River. Or why not book your self a SPA treatment.
Wednesday – Sami Culture and Culinary Journeys
The day begins with à la carte breakfast in the restaurant. For lunch, we venture into the birch forest surrounding Arctic Bath to our Lavvu tent, where a Sami-inspired lunch is served. Here, guests are immersed in stories of Sami culture, history, and their close relationship with nature, while traditional ingredients as reindeer, Arctic berries, and time-honoured recipes , create a journey of taste together with Sami culture stories from past to present.
In the afternoon, return to the hotel and this evening the restaurant invite you for our signature menu: Arctic Culinary Experience, a multi-course dining journey where each dish is a carefully composed reflection of the Arctic's unique ingredient. Just as tasty as beautifully crafted.
