Fire and Ice Retreat - with Petra Nilsson – Master Yoga Sweden
Strength through warmth, calm through cold – a weekend for body, mind, and soul
In the stillness of Arctic winter, when the land is hushed under snow and the river breathes cold, we invite you to pause. This retreat is a chance to return to your center through breath, warmth, and the invigorating embrace of ice.
