Sapmi Experience at Silba Siida

Meet Anna, an Indigenous Sámi woman living an Arctic lifestyle shaped by reindeer herding and a deep connection to the land.

As you cross the Arctic Circle and visit her home, you step into a way of life guided by nature’s rhythms. In winter, the reindeer move down from the mountains into the forest, giving you a rare chance to meet them up close and learn about this nomadic lifestyle.

Gather in Anna’s lávvu tent by the fire, enjoy a traditional meal, hear stories of Sámi culture and the eight seasons, experience the jojk, and meet part of the family herd. Anna warmly welcomes you to Sápmi for a genuine and memorable experience.

With a maximum of 8 participants per tour, there will be plenty of time for questions and discussions. A visit, to this wonderful part of the country, means that you get a unique opportunity to take part in an ancient culture, listen to the stories and learn about the Arctic way of life.
