Wellness Moments, June 20th

Time: 11:30-12:30

This is a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature in the stillness of the Arctic landscape. Inspired by yoga, pilates, and tai chi, the experience combines soft movement, stretching, breathwork, and meditative guidance in a way that is welcoming for all levels and ages.

Surrounded by fresh air and the calming rhythm of nature, each session creates space for presence, balance, and restoration. Wellness Moments can also be combined with sauna rituals before or after the session for an even deeper sense of well-being.

Note that all outdoor events are carried out on nature’s own terms, with no guarantee of what you will see or experience.
