The Arctic Bath SPA Experience
The SPA is an integral part of every stay at Arctic Bath. Move between the warmth of our saunas, the cold waters of the Lule River and the outdoor Jacuzzis, or simply find a quiet place to rest.
SPA access is included throughout your stay, with no set schedule or order to follow. Take your time, return whenever you wish and enjoy the experience in your own way.
Everything You Need
We take care of the practical details so you can simply enjoy your time in the SPA. Towels, robes, swimwear and slippers are available at reception.
Experience the contrasts
From the heat of our saunas to a cold bath directly in the Lule River, followed by the warmth of our outdoor Jacuzzis, the contrasts are yours to explore.
The experience changes with the seasons. In winter, the river freezes around us and the cold bath opens directly through the ice. In summer, the same water flows beneath the midnight sun.

You do not need to stay overnight to enjoy the Arctic Bath SPA. Our Day SPA invites you to spend a few hours with us, moving between the warmth of our saunas, the cold waters of the Lule River and our outdoor Jacuzzis.

The Arctic Blend Experience begins with a simple question: How would you like to feel today?
Guided by our SPA team, you explore botanicals through scent, touch and sight, making a few personal choices before taking part in creating your own Arctic Blend product. Your personal blend becomes part of your time in the SPA and is yours to take home.
The experience can be enjoyed on its own, without booking a treatment, or combined with selected treatments and rituals, allowing your personal blend to become part of the experience that follows.r.
